Interested in working with a cutting edge technology company? Working in a variety of tasks and supporting our Belton, TX and occasionally our Austin, TX facility we are looking for a Senior Machine Maintenance Technician. Our Texas facilities are a small group working in Additive Manufacturing and 3D Printing.

In this role, the Senior Machine Maintenance Technician will perform maintenance on assigned equipment on the production floor. You will support the failure analysis team by reporting the root cause/failure to engineering and customer services departments and attend cross-functional meetings. You will be an integral part of keeping our production machines up and running at full capacity. You will also get to work on some amazing technology. A few other responsibilities will include:

  • Performing preventative maintenance on machines on a regular schedule

  • Providing technical support to coworkers in the areas of equipment operations, installation, maintenance, applications, and training.

  • Oversee the reliability and uptime issues on equipment to ensure high-level satisfaction of prototypes and production parts

  • Troubleshooting and repairing software controlled electro-mechanical systems and performing root cause analysis of equipment failure

As a part of Stratasys Direct Manufacturing, this position requires access to information and/or technology controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). The successful candidate must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S. (or, green card holder), protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.


  • Associates degree or 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree

  • 3+ years’ experience supporting complex electro-mechanical equipment

  • Ability to work overtime, irregular hours and/or on-call hours


  • Knowledge of CAD/CAM software applications

  • Additive Manufacturing or Rapid Prototyping industry experience

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: Minimal, between Austin & Belton, TX
