LOCATION: Eden Prairie, MN or Remote
The Commercial Leader – Powder Bed Fusion will lead the go-to-market plan and implementation for the powder bed fusion printers category in the Americas to achieve aggressive growth goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Serves as primary business champion in the Americas for powder bed fusion and is evaluated on profitable growth of the powder bed fusion business (printers, post processing, materials, service contracts)
Develops multi-year go-to-market plan to scale adoption, annual operating plan, and commercial programs for powder bed fusion in the Americas, working closely with the Powder Bed Fusion Application Engineer and with input from cross-functional teams.
Leads powder bed fusion new product introduction by ensuring product readiness, leading initial customer engagements, ensuring white-glove install/post experience, and knowledge transfer to certified channels.
Partners with the teams cross-functionally to ensure proper execution of powder bed fusion -centric marketing campaigns, sales/AE enablement initiatives, and customer service communications & initiatives.
Analyzes performance in detail across powder bed fusion product category and recommends adjustments to operating plan or multi-year strategy to achieve desired results.
Serves as the lead in collecting powder bed fusion -based customer requirements and works with the Product organization to support immediate and future customer needs and opportunities.
Represents company externally together with customers and events in advancing Stratasys’ position in the powder bed fusion market
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field OR 5+ years of equivalent work experience
5+ years of direct experience in customer program management, business development, and/or go-to-market strategies.
3+ years of previous work experience with powder bed fusion printing technology.
Knowledge of Salesforce CRM reporting a plus
Strong leadership skills; ability to coach team members and engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams in sales, product, and marketing.
Passion for efficiency; highly organized and results-oriented with a sense of urgency.
Exemplary communication skills with proven ability to effectively communicate at all professional levels.
Proven capacity in critical thinking, data analysis, and data-driven decision making.
Demonstrated team builder with an ability to mentor and influence others to drive positive outcomes.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: 60-75% expected
