LOCATION: Eden Prairie, MN

We are seeking a Data Entry Specialist who is a quick learner, with the ability to blend accuracy and speed to get the job done. Needs to be able to gather, sort, and organize marketing assets based on established taxonomy; enter data, using online tools and verify data fields using a computer.


  • Responsible for completing the uploading of marketing assets and the entry of data in an efficient and timely manner, with a primary focus on entering data fields accurately and helping to maintain its accuracy and consistency throughout the project.

  • Process and organize marketing collateral into a digital asset management system.

  • All online work, computer savvy. No phone work. (Internal communication only).

  • Perform standard data entry tasks according to team minimum production and accuracy standards.

  • Perform data entry tasks in an accurate and timely fashion according to team production standards.

  • Able to work: Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.


  • High School Diploma or GED, working towards bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred (marketing/digital/business)

  • 1+ years of experience working in a corporate environment

  • 1+ year of office experience (data entry, administrative, clerical, etc).

  • Attention to detail and accuracy are critical

  • Strong computer and online skills - Experience with MS Office products.


  • Marketing degree

  • 1+ years working with a digital asset management tool

  • Self-starter with consistent attendance

  • Trouble-shooting on work assigned

  • Strong communication skills to internal parties
