The 2020 Electrical Engineer internship is designed to give you valuable experience on real projects in an R&D environment. This exceptional hands-on program will focus on embedded control electronics for 3D printers. This individual will participate in new product development projects as well as continuation support for existing products.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn from senior engineers and will interact with cross-functional personnel. You'll be integrated into a development team where you’ll be able to complete at least one impactful project.

  • Support and contribute to electronic designs for projects.

  • Duties may include but are not limited to design, test, documentation, troubleshooting and repair of electronics.

  • Product development process.

  • Project team collaboration.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Working towards a Bachelor’s Degree, with at least two years completed, or in a Graduate Program in Electrical or Computer Engineering at an accredited university.

  • Ability to independently organize and prioritize multiple duties required.

  • Must be self-motivated, and be able to work effectively on projects with minimal direct supervision

The Stratasys, Inc. Summer Internship Program is designed to give interns a holistic view of what Stratasys has to offer from a multitude of departments. Our 12-week paid program begins in May and goes through mid-August. During the program each intern is embedded in real time projects, which they contribute to or even lead depending on their experience level. Our Campus team helps to educate, train, and grow our interns through Monthly activity such as 3D printing trainings, Lunch & Learn seminars, and Coffee Talks with department leaders. We also try hosting offsite team building activities to promote networking among the group through volunteer events.
