Stratasys is currently seeking a Master Production Planner at one of our facilities in Eden Prairie, MN. In this role you will be responsible to drive the quarterly and annual execution process for planning, to meet production schedules at the operations facility. You will set goals, improve processes, and troubleshoot issues to advise leaders in the planning process. You will plan, lead and control the activities of the team to provide business intelligence on the production plan through data analysis. In this role you will also:

  • Formulate and execute production plans for the assigned lines through accurate data analysis and reporting.

  • Work with global demand planning to meet the production schedules for the Eden Prairie production team.

  • Foster good communication with cross-functional teams including buyers, production, analysists, and sourcing. Working with both global and local teams.

  • Create and maintain a production schedule working with the Floor Coordinator to meet demand schedules.

  • Support and champion for continuous improvement.

As a part of Stratasys, this position requires access to information and/or technology controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). The successful candidate must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S. (or, green card holder), protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma

  • 12+ years of manufacturing planning experience (or)

  • 4 Year Degree with 8+ years of manufacturing planning experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • APICS Certification

  • Experience with Microsoft Applications and an ERP system

  • A customer-focused attitude with an appropriate sense of urgency and attention to detail when handling issues.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: 10% international travel.
