Associate Account Development Representative

We’re currently looking for an Associate Account Development Representative that will follow up, qualify and groom sales leads (inbound and past leads) into sales opportunities.
In this role, you’ll identify influencers and decision makers within a company and initiate interest in Stratasys Direct’s advanced manufacturing solutions. This position works collaboratively with multiple roles including outside sales, project engineering and marketing. This role will be responsible for:
Proactively respond to a high volume of inbound prospect leads from various marketing initiatives with outbound calling and digital outreach
Qualify leads into sales opportunities and route to appropriate RAMS for further development
Research accounts and identify key players in current and prospective customers
Maintain accurate activity status in CRM platform
Utilize company’s established sales processes and product trainings to drive results. Includes understanding and advocating appropriate solutions by customer profile, application, intended use and fit along the product development cycle
Demonstrates commitment to Stratasys Core Values by leading, acting and behaving in a manner consistent with these values. Follows all company safety policies and procedures and attends all safety trainings related to the job
As a part of Stratasys Direct Manufacturing, this position requires access to information and/or technology controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). The successful candidate must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S. (or, green card holder), protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
1 year+ of experience in an inside sales and/or telemarketing role
1 year+ of experience in customer service environment
College degree from an accredited institution
Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
Excellent customer support-service and interpersonal building skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to handle many tasks simultaneously, adapt to an ever-changing workload, and respond to last-minute requests
Experience working with a CRM (ideally Salesforce.com) or any call center system (ideally Five9).
TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: Less than 10%
